Tiny Thai x Southern Junction Pop Up
Tiny Thai is teaming up with our pals at Southern Junction for a one-day-only pop-up dinner. It is the first time Tiny Thai will be serving up Khao Man Gai in Buffalo, while Southern Junction will be firing up its smoker with a special menu.
Khao Man Gai, while new to Buffalo, is popular throughout Southeast Asia and is sold from food carts. The dish can be traced all the way back to the Chinese Qin Dynasty in 200 BC. The Thai take consists of poached chicken over rice and sliced cucumber, with a ginger soy sauce. Served with a soup made of chicken broth, winter melon, cilantro, and garlic.
Southern Junction will be adding in its Texish Char Siu with five spice chicharrónes. This mouth watering slow cooked BBQ pork, prepared in a special Chinese-inspired sauce, will be available for one-night-only. Smoked and topped with all the fixings, including pickled onions and BBQ sauce.
Orders are to-go only and by pre-sale only. This is limited to 70 orders.
