TINY THAI X SOUTHERN JUNCTION POP UP 12/9

Here we go again! Tiny Thai is teaming up with our pals at Southern Junction for a one-day-only pop-up dinner Thursday, December 9th. Tiny Thai will be serving up Khao Man Gai, while Southern Junction will be firing up its smoker with a special menu.

Khao Man Gai, while new to Buffalo, is popular throughout Southeast Asia and is sold from food carts. The dish can be traced all the way back to the Chinese Qin Dynasty in 200 BC. The Thai take consists of poached chicken over rice and sliced cucumber, with a ginger soy sauce. Served with a soup made of chicken broth, winter melon, cilantro, and garlic.

Southern Junction will be adding in its Texish Char Siu Pork and a Texas-style hotlink. This mouth-watering slow-cooked BBQ pork, prepared in a special Chinese-inspired sauce and cooked over mesquite coals, will be available for one-night-only. Smoked and topped with all the fixings, including pickled onions and extra dipping sauce.

Orders are to-go only and by pre-sale only. Pre-order and you will be emailed instructions on pick-up. Pick-up is Thursday, December 9th from Southern Junction, 27 Chandler St. This is limited to 70 orders and will likely sell out.
